• Continuously, and fully automatically, SM-321-SV carries out all the individual steps in the production cycle.
• Unwinding of the PVC sheet off of the roll.
• Cross cutting with a high performance electric cutting knife.
• Transversal marking of the PVC sheet with a pen marker.
• Longitudinal marking of the PVC sheet with one or more pen markers.
• Length slicing of the PVC sheet with multiple cutting knives.
• On the rear side of the machine the cut and marked sheet is deposited in a trough, or automatically rewound with a motorized fabric rewinder.
• Cross cutting with pentagonal electric blade. The end product is now ready.
• No particular expertise required, machine can be used by unskilled operators.
• User-friendly touch screen assists the operator in setting the working parameters.
• Length tolerance of the end product of 0,06%.
